How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Melbourne/Syd/Adelaide/Bris/Hobart/ACT Metro receive orders within 3 business days.
Perth, Darwin and Regional Areas, receive orders within 5 business days.
Fruit and Vegetable Orders leave the warehouse on Monday's and arrive Tuesday or Wednesday. (Currently VIC Only)
All fruit and vegetables are premium quality only. Bought fresh from the wholesale market at Footscray, Victoria on Monday mornings. The person that buys our fruit and vegetables for us is the BEST in the organic business and we get first pick.

How are my orders delivered?

All orders will be delivered by courier to ensure that you receive optimal service.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
|

Sorry, our couriers aren’t able to do that. All deliveries must be to a physical address.

Our minimum purchase is $40 this ensures that we can offer you a delivery price of only $9.95 to anywhere in Australia.

How do I know that all your goods are organic?
|
Our supplier only buys certified organic goods, that’s one of the reasons we chose to partner with them.
The process to gaining organic certification takes a minimum of 3 years and annual reviews and compliance checks ensure that producers and manufacturers adhere to the strict guidelines required to maintain organic certification.

Why do you have a customer details section and a recipient details section in the order pages?
|

This is specifically if you are buying goods for someone else. For example buy your parent’s some organic groceries to help them get healthy. Or send a gift to a friend.

That is not a problem, everyone is welcome to contribute to this website once they become a member. And you certainly don't have to buy from us to be a member.

Can I add a recipe if you don’t stock any of its ingredients?

Yes, you sure can. Just select “other” in the first drop down menu of the “Write a Recipe” section.

What is a forum?

This is an area where you can discuss relevant topics with other members of Yum Organics. You can easily contribute to a discussion or start your own and see what others have to say.
You will notice the forum area looks a little bit different to the rest of the site. This is because we thought we’d set up our forum site in a manner that most forum users are accustomed to. We encourage you to go in there and have a look around it is a lot of fun.

What is a blog?
|
A blog is short for Web Log, which basically refers to a site where entries appear in chronological order to the time they were written. What happens, is the blog owner will post an article on the internet, usually, some kind of useful information in an area that they are interested in. The blog format allows people to comment on the article. These comments are listed in chronological order and often people comment on other peoples comments sparking debates that can last for months.

How can I change my details?

When you are logged in as a member, just select “My Account” from the top right hand menu and you will be taken to your account details page. This is where you can update your member details.

Why is delivery so cheap?
|
|
To be honest it isn’t, we just decided that seeing as we don’t have to pay for people to stack the shelves, cashier staff or people to collect your trolley from the carpark, that we’d pass the savings on to you and subsidise the courier delivery costs.
