Can I shop without a credit card?
If you do not have a credit card, it is best to choose the pre-paid option, that way you wouldn't have to pay each time you want to order but rather the amount of your purchase would get deducted from your pre-paid credit. This can be arranged by either check, cash or money order.

Alternatively, you can transfer money direct into our account via internet or at a branch.

Please email us at customerservice@yumorganics.com for our account details and instructions on how to process your order.
Do I need to Sign In to shop?
No, but it does make it easier for future shops as your address can automatically be added next time.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Always the next business day in Melbourne, VIC.
Syd/Adelaide/Bris/Hobart/ACT Metro receive orders within 3 business days.
Also, Melbourne metro customers can get same day delivery if your order is in by 8am. Conditions apply. Feel free to call and speak to one of our service reps for more information.
Perth, Darwin and Regional Areas, receive orders within 5 business days.

Fruit and Vegetable Orders leave the warehouse everyday from Monday to Friday and arrive the next business day. If you place an order on Friday, delivery will arrive on Monday. If you place an order on Monday, delivery will arrive on Tuesday, etc. (Currently VIC Only)
On the rare occasion when a delivery will take longer, our customer service team will inform you of the delay.

All fruit and vegetables are premium quality only. Bought fresh from the wholesale market in Footscray, Victoria every morning. The person that buys our fruit and vegetables for us is the BEST in the organic business and we get first pick.
How much does it cost to get my order delivered?
We charge a flat fee of $5.95 for most areas of Melbourne for a next day delivery, Please type in your post code online to receive an accurate charge for your area. Also same day deliveries are possible if ordered before 2pm, extra charges apply,

Couriers can charge more if distance is greater than
40km. Country Victoria and interstate will be higher as per what Australia Post or our same day couriers charge. Please feel free to call , e-mail or type in your post code online to get an accurate quote .

How are my orders delivered?
All orders will be delivered by courier to ensure that you receive optimal service.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Sorry, our couriers aren’t able to do that. All deliveries must be to a physical address.
Are my credit card details secure?
Absolutely, we use a 128-bit SSL certificate to encrypt your credit card details. The certificate is provided by GeoTrust the 2nd largest digital certificate provider in the world, servicing over 100,000 companies in over 150 countries. Will my information be secure?
Yes, all your information is held on a secure server and our strict privacy policy ensures that your details remain 100% safe and secure. We will never sell or solicit your information in anyway.
What is the minimum order amount?
Our minimum purchase is $40 this ensures that we can offer you a delivery price of only $5.50 to anywhere in Australia, unless you are on a pre-paid plan in which case delivery is FREE.
How do I know that all your goods are organic?
Our supplier only buys certified organic goods, that’s one of the reasons we chose to partner with them.

The process to gaining organic certification takes a minimum of 3 years and annual reviews and compliance checks ensure that producers and manufacturers adhere to the strict guidelines required to maintain organic certification.
Why do you have a customer details section and a recipient details section in the order pages?
This is specifically if you are buying goods for someone else. For example buy your parent’s some organic groceries to help them get healthy. Or send a gift to a friend.
I would like to write a recipe but I haven’t ordered any of your products.
That is not a problem, everyone is welcome to contribute to this website once they become a member. And you certainly don't have to buy from us to be a member.
Can I add a recipe if you don’t stock any of its ingredients?
Yes, you sure can. Just select “other” in the first drop down menu of the “Write a Recipe” section.
What is a forum?
This is an area where you can discuss relevant topics with other members of Yum Organics. You can easily contribute to a discussion or start your own and see what others have to say.

You will notice the forum area looks a little bit different to the rest of the site. This is because we thought we’d set up our forum site in a manner that most forum users are accustomed to. We encourage you to go in there and have a look around it is a lot of fun.
What is a blog?
A blog is short for Web Log, which basically refers to a site where entries appear in chronological order to the time they were written. What happens, is the blog owner will post an article on the internet, usually, some kind of useful information in an area that they are interested in. The blog format allows people to comment on the article. These comments are listed in chronological order and often people comment on other peoples comments sparking debates that can last for months.

Our blogs are written by our expert panel. Feel free to go in there and share your opinion on what our experts have to say.
How can I change my details?
When you are logged in as a member, just select “My Account” from the top right hand menu and you will be taken to your account details page. This is where you can update your member details.
Where does Yum Organics deliver?
We deliver to all area of Melbourne.
Why is delivery so cheap?
To be honest it isn’t, we just decided that seeing as we don’t have to pay for people to stack the shelves, cashier staff or people to collect your trolley from the carpark, that we’d pass the savings on to you and subsidise the courier delivery costs.
When does Yum Organics deliver?
We deliver as early as the next day, in the Melbourne Metro area, if you place your order by 2pm the day before, four days a week, Mon-Thurs.Order placed on a Friday arrive the following Tuesday as they are dispatched on a Monday.

On weekdays, our couriers are rolling from 11am to 8.00 p.m. You can schedule a delivery time up to a week in advance, or as late as the night before.

Delivery Hours are, Monday through Friday
11:00 am. to 8.00 p.m.
Order Deadline: 2 p.m. for a next day delivery.

Local customers can schedule a same day delivery if your order is placed before 5pm.
Who is responsible for assembling my order?

At Yum Organics, the only people who handle your food have special expertise in that area. So, whether we are selecting nice plump fruits and vegetables or packing your produce into boxes, each member of our team takes pride in the quality of his or her products and handles every item with care.

10am - 6pm Sat
11am - 3pm Sun

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you think that you may not be home on the day to receive your scheduled delivery and you do not want it left at a special location, please call our Customer Service Dept at 1300 799 104 to arrange alternative arrangements. If you're not home on the day of delivery and there are no instructions where to leave your box, we will do our best to redeliver your order later the same day or the next day.(a $3.00 redelivery fee applies).

We'll always try to deliver your order directly to you. If your building has a reception area, you may authorize the receptionist to receive orders on your behalf. After your second order, we recommend selecting a neighbor in your building to receive your order in case you're not home when we arrive.

What is a Pre-Paid Account?
A Pre-Paid account is when a customer pre-pays for their groceries upfront and uses that credit to make purchases onlne or by phone. (Melbourne Metro customers only)

The advantage of pre-paying is the FREE DELIVERY offered with any pre-paid account, not to mention the added FREE CREDIT we give you when you pre-pay.
For Example:

PRE-PAY $100, GET $5 FREE
PRE-PAY $200, GET $10 FREE
PRE-PAY $300, GET $15 FREE

The credit never expires and the more you pre-pay the cheaper your groceries become.
Hoe does the pre-paid system work?
When you purchase a pre-paid account and make a purchase, that amount comes off your pre-paid amount.

For Example: If you pre-paid $100 up front and made a purchase for $50, your remaining balance left would be $50.00.

This also saves you having to pull out your credit card all the time. The credit never expires and gives you FREE LOCAL DELIVERY ALWAYS.

Do I have to Pre-Pay?
No, this is an option. It is a preferred option for most of our customers because of the FREE DELIVERY and FREE CREDIT offered on these accounts, but it's by no means compulsory.

You may opt not to pre-pay and pay for delivery on top of your order. Delivery fee is only $5.50 which is charged along with your order.
How do I get FREE DELIVERY?
It's simple, just pre-pay for your purchases up front.

Is everything on your website Organic?
90% of our products are 100% Certified Organic. What is natural or non-organic will be specified as non-organic.

You can assume that all items are 100% organic unless otherwise stated.
What if I don't see an item I'm looking for on your website?
If it's a fruit or a vegetable, most likely it is not in season or sold out. If it's anything else give us a call, we have hundreds more products that we don't have room to list on the website.

What time will my order arrive?
We deliver between 11am - 7pm Mon -Fri. If you specifically need an afternoon or evening delivery, you can request it by calling our office on 1 300 799 104 and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

Otherwise just tell us where you would like us to leave the box if you won't be home.
REFER A FRIEND, EARN $10
If you refer a friend and they sign up for one of our pre-paid plans or spends at least $50 in our store, we'll give you $10 as a thank you, FREE.

Just have the new member call us or sign up online and mention your name and we'll automatically add the credit to your account. Simple .

How to use the website

Using this website is extremely easy. To get full access just sign up as a member - which is free. Once you have completed this step and have logged in using your username and password you can follow the below steps.

Shopping

  1. Select the categories from the aisles on the left hand menu that you would like to view
  2. When you see an item you like select "Put in Cart"
  3. Select the how many of this item you would like to purchase by entering the desired number in "Quantity"
  4. Press "Add to Cart"
  5. This will take you to a page that display's the contents of your shopping cart and the total amount of your current bill.
  6. Select "Continue Shopping" or "Buy Now" to check out.
  7. "Continue Shopping" will take you to the home page.
  8. "Buy Now" will take you to a page where you will need to enter in your delivery details.
  9. Fill in both, customer details and recipient detail. And put any special delivery instructions in the marked box.
  10. Select "Secure Payment"
  11. Enter Credit Card details.
  12. Select "Complete Order"
  13. You will now be emailed a receipt.
  14. Your order is now complete
